All content, designs, code, and materials created by Jteck Solutions for a client project remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. The Company reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in the service agreement for each project. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are determined based on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Domain registrations and hosting fees are non-refundable once activated. Please contact us for specific details regarding your project.
Jteck Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the course of providing our services will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Our services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, the Company, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
